With nearly four decades of transportation engineering experience, Frank has expertise in roadway design, construction, and quality assurance. He also has hands-on experience in bridge inspection, technical support, and district management.
Frank focuses on delivering plans and bid-ready contracts, as well as quality control and assurance and estimating. Having previously been responsible for highway operations across six counties in southern New Mexico, he’s familiar with the New Mexico Department of Transportation systems and processes. He’s passionate about mentoring engineering interns and advancing innovation—his team has transitioned to building information modeling for all projects.
Away from his transportation engineering work, Frank enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, working out at the gym, and playing tennis.
