With expertise in PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) and other environmental contaminants, Justin leads multidisciplinary teams through contaminated site investigations, remediation programs, risk assessments, and brownfield redevelopment projects across Canada.
Justin advises clients on emerging contaminant issues, investigation strategies, regulatory developments, and remediation approaches. He’s supported PFAS projects at airports, federal contaminated sites, industrial facilities, transportation infrastructure, and major redevelopment properties. He regularly shares his expertise through industry publications, technical presentations, and collaboration with Stantec’s global PFAS workgroup.
Justin is passionate about translating complex technical and regulatory challenges into practical, defensible solutions that move projects toward successful environmental outcomes. When he’s not working, you can find him exploring British Columbia’s mountains, coastlines, and backcountry with his family.
