With a background in chemical engineering, Kathy has over 25 years of experience in business development, joint venture/partnership projects, and project management. Her experience spans across multiple industries, where she’s worked with both owner/operator and engineering procurement and construction organizations. Now, Kathy’s responsible for initiating relationships and building trust with clients and their stakeholders across Canada and the United States. She continues to lead strategic initiatives optimizing performance in capital and operational cost efficiencies, benchmarking, digital transformation strategy, remote operations, process safety, and regulatory leadership for our clients.
In a business development and project management capacity, Kathy specializes in multi-function and complex execution models. Passionate about building truly meaningful business partner relationships, she enjoys using her leadership skills to help cultivate ecosystems for high performing teams that are consistently advancing the latest technology, innovative design, and sustainability.
As part of her current role, Kathy facilitates partnerships with the energy industry stakeholders, specifically with Indigenous Peoples and their business partners.
