He has partnered with many retail clients, balancing the creative with the pragmatic, while leveraging his experience as a former retailer with Zales and J.C. Penney.
Having been involved in the architecture and engineering industry for more than 35 years, Craig prides himself as someone who seeks out unique solutions to meet client goals. He helps his teams develop processes to enhance communication, implement programs and manage initiatives, ensuring efforts deliver results and a clear value proposition.
Craig is an executive advisory board member of the SPECS Show and is actively involved in the content planning for its conferences. He has also served as an advisory board member for the Retail Contractors Association (RCA), VMSD Magazine, and DDI Magazine, in addition to working as a speaker and writer for different shows and magazines.
