Cindy’s 24 years of experience include the design and project management of some very influential civil and transportation projects. One of her projects, the Airline Highway Continuous Flow Intersection, was the first of its kind in Louisiana—and its success was heavily due to Cindy’s innovative roadway geometry design solutions.
Recently, Cindy worked on two design build projects for the Louisiana Department of Transportation. In addition to her transportation experience, Cindy has designed and managed many wastewater pipeline and pump station projects of the course of her career.
Her other areas of expertise include interstate interchange improvements, rural arterials, and urban roadways with subsurface drainage and traffic signalization.
