Wesley has more than 25 years of engineering, project management, and field surveying experience. He’s designed and managed civil engineering initiatives ranging from residential subdivisions to large commercial sites that include utility layouts for sewer, water, and gas.
Collaboration is at the heart of Wesley’s approach to infrastructure projects. He’s partnered with municipalities across Southern New Mexico to guide water and wastewater projects from conception through final construction, in both the public and private sectors. Wesley thrives on teamwork and believes strong results come from listening and asking thoughtful questions. By combining technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, he helps turn client needs into solutions that benefit entire communities.
Away from managing water and wastewater projects, Wesley enjoys spending time with family in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He’s an avid sports fan, traveling to watch the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Mavericks as much as possible. Recently, he and his wife have discovered a passion for cruise vacations.
