Ngan has more than a decade of experience managing a wide range of project types including community site development, campus master planning and design, urban streetscapes, and trail improvement initiatives. Her well-rounded expertise spans both design and implementation, allowing her to deliver thoughtful, functional landscapes that meet the needs of diverse users.
In her role as a landscape architect, Ngan brings a strong foundation in planting design and horticulture, informed by her background in both private and public landscape maintenance. This hands-on knowledge enhances her ability to create resilient, ecologically sensitive planting schemes that thrive over time.
In addition to her project work, Ngan is a committed advocate for expanding the field of landscape architecture. She serves as a board member and lead mentor for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston, a non-profit organization that introduces high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. Through this role, she helps cultivate the next generation of design professionals while promoting greater diversity and inclusion within the industry.
