Tim’s career includes both public and private sector planning and project management throughout South Florida. With extensive experience in private practice, and having served as Collier County Commissioner, Tim possesses valuable knowledgeable of public policies and procedures. His experience includes site design and rezoning for a wide variety of projects, and assisting clients with land acquisition, entitlement, and permitting.
Clients often call upon Tim to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects. He truly enjoys the challenge, whether it’s designing a mixed-use project, or managing the intricate design and permitting of a resource recovery facility. Tim’s experience has allowed him to work on hundreds of diverse projects with various clients and professionals from other disciplines. He believes in being successful for our clients while doing what is right for the community.
Tim finds balance in his life through extensive travel with his wife and maintaining a varied fitness regimen. Whether it’s a new project at work, a new travel destination, or trying a new workout, Tim is truly driven by a sense of adventure and an appreciation for all of life’s opportunities.
