Dave’s creativity and responsiveness have been evident during nine years of work from concept design through construction and project administration. His prior construction experience informs his design work, which includes site planning and development, public water supply and distribution, sewage collection and pumping, storm water collection and conveyance, and storm water management.
Dave’s abilities were dramatically demonstrated in the City of Saratoga Springs—Nelson Avenue Drainage Study. The high profile project location, adjacent to the historic Saratoga Race Course, was experiencing significant street flooding and surcharging of the city’s sanitary sewer system. Through extensive research, David’s team solved this serious problem and developed a more efficient collection and conveyance system for future sanitary sewer flows. This success is an example of the way in which Dave’s knowledge and sensitivity benefitted the community, facility users, and the City itself.
