Having started at Stantec as a field inspector, Joe has transitioned through various positions to where he is today—a project manager and practice lead in the Community Development team in the Waterloo office. From a young age Joe has always had a love of development, building construction, real estate, and seeing the transformation of a project from start to finish.
With his breadth of experience, Joe brings an excellent knowledge of site design, grading design, and compliance to municipal specifications while he works on project coordination/management and contract administration. Joe’s clients know that he is responsive, attentive, and dedicated to leading his teams to deliver successful projects. On the City of Waterloo’s West Side Employment Lands project, Joe managed a team which included 15 different disciplines from within Stantec.
His life outside of work often revolves around visits to arenas and baseball diamonds for his kids sports and spending time with family and friends.
