From planning and design through construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations, David helps utilities turn infrastructure investments into long-term performance. Drawing on his two-decade career, he brings hands-on experience to his work delivering municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects. With a practical, operations-focused approach, he helps clients develop solutions that are constructible, maintainable, efficient, and aligned with long-term goals.
David's background spans engineering consulting and executive utility leadership. This gives him a balanced understanding of technical delivery, regulatory compliance, capital planning, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. His work includes biosolids, treatment plant optimization, asset management, regulatory-driven upgrades, and construction manager and general contractor delivery.
When he isn’t designing water and wastewater solutions, David enjoys spending time with his family.
