Emma is a certified fish and wildlife biologist with over 11 years of experience working in a variety of industries including onshore and offshore wind, solar, oil and gas, nuclear, national and local park projects, coastal restoration, and natural resource management. Her primary focus is on biological resources and impacts to those resources requiring state and/or federal regulatory review.
Over the course of her career, Emma has authored, led, or managed the development of scientific assessments, literature reviews, technical appendices, monitoring plans, management plans, field protocols, and permit applications across the United States. She also has considerable experience leading wetland delineations, biological surveys (gopher tortoises, bats, pollinators, manatees, fish, marine invertebrates, shorebirds), and water sampling efforts for permitting and compliance.
Emma also currently serves as the Pensacola office manager. During her free time, Emma enjoys backpacking, camping, scuba diving, and reading.
