With over ten years of engineering experience in the land development field, Chris combines his technical knowledge with hands-on experience to provide sound engineering solutions and results to our clients. He’s been involved with a wide range of land development and reconstruction projects with extensive experience in preliminary design analysis, preliminary cost estimating, detailed design of municipal infrastructure, drinking water system design, and grading and earthworks design.
Additionally, Chris provides project management services and is responsible for overseeing design, analysis and review of drawings, procurement of the necessary approvals and permits from various municipal and regulation authorities, preparation of contract documents and contract administration. Some of his notable projects include the West 5 mixed use development, Warbler Woods subdivision, the 505 Talbot Street re-development and the 40 York Street re-development.
When not working or running after his kids, Chris enjoys relaxing with a good book.
