With a background leading multidisciplinary teams on large scale projects, Leigh is passionate about listening to client needs and bringing together teams to solve challenges. Her focus is currently on industrial wastewater treatment and reclamation—she advocates for using sustainable and innovative solutions to meet project needs.
Small and large, Leigh tailors each project to deliver outcomes that advance stakeholders and community goals. As a project manager, she enjoys bringing together teams that leverage their individual expertise both globally and locally. Leigh finds it exciting to work with high performing teams and to use her experience to guide them through the design goals and constraints and find new ways to collaborate with stakeholders to keep the project moving forward on time, on budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
In her free time, Leigh enjoys exploring—whether it’s a new place, a new restaurant, a new hiking path, or a new recipe, she’s always up for an adventure.
