As vice president and regional business leader of Oil & Gas, Harold oversees a range of projects in the sector including pipelines, terminals, mining, power, and water. With nearly three decades of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM), he knows how to successfully advance projects from conception to start-up.
Harold has worked on projects around the world with challenging terrain—the high elevations of Colorado, the tundra of Alaska, an island in the Philippines. His project experience includes natural gas facilities, heavy H2S power plants (geothermal), and coal and nuclear facilities. More recently, Harold acted as project director for efforts across Canada including inland and marine tank terminals and large bore pipeline projects with multiple pump stations and facilities.
Originally from the United States, Harold has called Canada his home for almost two decades—he’s uniquely positioned to provide cross-border services. As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoys working with big timber wood including timber framing.
