Kenna is primarily responsible for helping internal corporate priorities align with the core objectives identified in our strategic plan. Our goals? To maintain a best-in-class culture and reputation as an employer of choice, to optimize our operational efficiency, and to drive organic and acquisition growth. Kenna focuses on identifying the best internal projects that will achieve those goals, from rolling out better time tracking tools to introducing mobile apps for our phones. On top of supporting our teams day to day, she also coordinates the development of future strategic plans.
In her almost two decades with Stantec, Kenna has demonstrated her business acumen and execution focus across a range of functions including legal, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, and real estate. No matter her role, Kenna is committed to delivering bottom line efficiency that supports the Company’s growth ambitions.
Active in local community and charitable organizations, Kenna serves on the board of directors for HomeEd, an organization focused on providing quality affordable housing for Edmontonians, and she has previously served as chair of the Edmonton Public Library board.
