As a manager and leader, Andy is accountable for the key metrics of time, cost, risk, quality, and health and safety for all our transportation projects in New Zealand. His exceptional management skills help deliver essential work for communities and our clients—from safer journeys to emergency response and disaster relief.
Having been responsible for many projects and programs across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom, Andy knows how to enhance delivery, save costs, and improve social outcomes. A firm believer in meticulous planning, he strives for understanding among all parties with agreement upon a clear scope, clear quality expectations, and clear compliance standards before work begins. He’s proud of his work delivering the large-scale Queensland disaster recovery and reconstruction program, where he managed the 70-person high-performing team that successfully reconstructed flood-damaged roads.
After a week of working with various teams, Andy likes to relax with his family, especially when he gets the chance to explore more of New Zealand in their RV.
