His work spans various markets and sectors thanks to his versatile skillset—from traditional geotechnical field investigation and construction observation to advanced numerical modelling and analysis. Jian’s current and recent work has focused on the inspection, design, and construction of dams, levees, and impoundments.
He enjoys working on challenging projects and believes anything can be accomplished with dedication and teamwork. Jian is adept at managing projects and tasks, ensuring frequent communication and coordination with the client and quality, on-time, on-budget delivery of work products.
In his spare time, Jian enjoys playing ping-pong and travelling with his family.
