With more than 30 years of experience in environmental engineering, consulting, and organizational leadership, Jonathan is the business center operations leader for our Taiwan team. He leads business operations, multidisciplinary collaboration, talent development, and strategic client relationships across the country.
During his time in the industry, Jonathan has partnered extensively with government agencies on environmental governance, water resources, and sustainability initiatives. His expertise spans watershed management, pollution control, ecological engineering, net zero transition, environmental policy, and digital information systems.
Jonathan is committed to advancing sustainable water management and strengthening our multidisciplinary consulting capabilities to address Taiwan’s evolving environmental challenges. A major focus of his career has been the long-term restoration of the Tamsui River watershed, where he has supported water quality improvement, ecological enhancement, and cross-agency collaboration since 1994.
