With several years of diversified experiences, Jonathan is now a service line group manager who focuses on the talent development, IP capture/reuse and client relationship. He believes that the fundamental ability to think big and think different creates the best solutions for his team.
Jonathan has more than 25 year experiences in various aspects of environmental consulting, especially the river and reservoir restoration planning and ecological engineering in Taiwan. His expertise includes environmental planning, monitoring and evaluating, water quality modeling, ecological engineering design, and watershed management.
The most iconic experience that Jonathan has been involved in was the Tamsui River restoration plan. Tamsui River is the third largest river in Taiwan, and since 1994, Jonathan has been helping government agencies to take a strategic approach to improve the water quality and amenity of the river. Over time, Tamsui River has been transformed into a highly-valued asset for the public to enjoy.
