Jessica is a project manager and senior environmental scientist with 16 years of experience as a field biologist and manager. She brings scientific expertise and interpersonal skills to her management of diverse projects, involving environmental permitting in areas with sensitive natural resources—from wetlands and waterways to marine resources and endangered species.
Jessica’s commitment to the environment is an essential element in her project management approach—in all that she does, she finds ways to enhance the quality of life for a community while protecting the ecosystem. Whether she’s working on preparing wetland permitting for power and transmission line maintenance activities, managing fisheries and water quality monitoring to meet permit requirements, or preparing federal and state permitting for Navy and Air Force projects, the needs of clients, stakeholders, and the environment all play a vital role in her work.
