Todd has 26 years of experience performing contract administration functions for highway and bridge projects. Having spent seven years with the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario, he’s developed an advanced knowledge of Ministry protocols, policies, and procedures.
Todd has been a construction inspector, office administrator, laboratory technician, contract administrator, and project manager. His intimate knowledge of Ministry process and expectations ensures that any project he manages meets client and Ministry standards.
Recently, Todd has been involved with contract administration services for the Highway 7, Rockwood, and various Highway’s 9, 10, 401, 403, and QEW Culvert Replacement / Repairs projects.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys coaching minor hockey and Spring Hockey. He’s also been a minor hockey referee and still plays hockey in his time away from work.
