Dan is a planning associate based in our Manchester office since 2018, following several years as a local authority planning officer. A chartered town planner, he has experience providing advice to public and private clients on planning, consultation, and compulsory acquisition matters across a range of development sectors including residential, commercial, and urban regeneration.
Dan’s work extends from the promotion of major housing schemes and urban regeneration projects to the delivery of commercial and infrastructure projects on sites across the United Kingdom. He coordinates and manages complex major planning applications, public consultation events, and the preparation of expert evidence for planning appeals and upper tribunal hearings.
When he isn’t advising clients on their next development, Dan avidly follows his beloved Chesterfield FC and attends matches whenever he can!
