Chad’s work spans the civic, multi-family, and education sectors. He’s provided energy audits, thermal modeling, and mechanical engineering analysis. Additionally, he’s led modeling for compliance, operational energy assessments, overheating risk analysis, NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) design for performance, and optimization studies for façade and HVAC systems. He brings a rigorous, data driven approach to improving building performance, reducing emissions, and delivering long term value.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys staying active including hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and practicing yoga and is an avid traveler having visited 30 countries and counting.
