Hady’s 33 years as a civil engineer have taught him about everything from best design and construction practices to business management skills. Formerly President/CEO of a mid-sized multidisciplinary firm, he has extensive experience in community development, both in the private and public sectors. Hady couples technical understanding and leadership experience daily, in his role as senior principal engineer for Stantec.
Onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) are a focus of Hady’s. In fact, his involvement in the design of several significant OWTS projects has him working with small communities to form special districts for the construction and maintenance of reliable onsite systems. He has also assisted local policy makers in the development of ordinances.
