Dr. Fadi Jadoun leverages his pavement design and management experience to provide practical and cost-effective pavement designs and rehabilitation recommendations for our clients. One of Fadi’s larges projects on the pavement design side was calibrating the flexible pavement performance prediction models in the AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design™ for North Carolina to reflect local conditions and materials. Since joining our Infrastructure Management & Pavement Engineering (IMPE) group in 2011, he’s also been focused on providing pavement management solutions for our clients across North America.
An expert with our RoadMatrix pavement management system (PMS), Fadi has helped implement the tool for numerous agencies across North America. Fadi also delivers on-site, hands-on PMS training as well as onsite decision trees development workshops. His combined knowledge of pavement materials, pavement engineering, and pavement management gives him unique credentials that his many clients certainly appreciate.
Fadi holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from NC State University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from University of Akron, Ohio, and he’s a licensed professional engineer in eight states and two provinces.
Fadi also has a teaching certificate that equips him with the skills needed to share and convey his technical expertise with his clients all over the world.
