Adriana is a solutions-driven industry expert, providing leadership across Stantec’s architecture, buildings engineering, and interior design disciplines. She ensures successful project delivery that is highlighted by enduring client relationships and social responsibility.
An advocate for the AEC industry, Adriana is active in the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation and the Urban Land Institute’s Florida/Caribbean chapter advisory board. This involvement allows her to harness the inspiration and knowledge of the organization’s members and collaborate with them to make a lasting difference in the industry. In 2020, she was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class.
Adriana prioritizes time outside of work, dedicating her leisure hours to industry involvement and STEM education to advance cultural inclusivity and promote women leaders. At home, she inspires her two young daughters and puts family first to raise well-rounded, good-hearted individuals.
