Craig Jenkins

Senior Associate, Bridge Inspector

Photo of Craig

As the leader for our bridge inspection group in Reno, Craig completes initial, routine, special, and fracture critical inspections for clients across the country, including the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). His team applies several different access techniques and equipment for bridge inspection, including rope access, under bridge inspection trucks, drones, boats and more.

Craig is the rope access lead for our US West Transportation team and is a Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) Certified Level III Climber. He and his team, along with NDOT, recently inspected the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge: a 1,866-foot open spandrel arch bridge that spans the Colorado River just downstream of the Hoover Dam. The main span, including the concrete arch and spandrel columns, were inspected using rope access techniques. Craig’s role and commitment is to keep climbers safe while providing excellent client service.

When Craig is not dangling from rope, you can find him doing other outdoor activities. As a sixth generation Nevadan, he loves to bike, ski, boat, camp and, of course, climb!
