As a design architect and academic planner, Chad is dedicated to advancing the future of learning. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, he combines visionary thinking with research-informed planning to create spaces that are inclusive, adaptable, and centered on student success.
Whether he’s designing advanced learning studios and collaborative hubs or dynamic outdoor environments, Chad views schools as catalysts for personal growth, educational achievement, and community impact. One of his most memorable projects involved working on Austin’s Rosedale School, a nationally recognized model for specialized learning that integrates educational and healthcare support services. This advanced facility provides enhanced learning for students with specialized needs while strengthening connections among families, educators, and caregivers.
Away from work, Chad enjoys exploring Austin's vibrant live music scene, discovering local food favorites, attending community events, and experiencing the architecture that reflects the city's unique character and evolution. These interests reinforce his belief that great cities are shaped by people, culture, and design.
