A typical work week for Michael starts off with a morning swim and finishes with a family walk on Mount Tamalpais. In between, he spends his day collaborating with our account teams as well as our utility clients, learning about—and capitalizing on—the next exciting opportunity and the challenges that come along with it.
Michael’s main strength is developing and leading cross-disciplinary client portfolios for gas and electric transmission projects. He is also exceptionally-effective at negotiating contracts with our top clients and driving sales in the Southwest region.
His diverse project experience ranges from working as a law clerk for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s NRDA unit, to acting as the director of a nationally-recognized environmental planning and permitting practice. Recently, he served as the Environmental Compliance Supervisor in support of Southern California Edison’s Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Program, which involved 173 miles of new and upgraded high-voltage transmission lines.
