With over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, Raghavender has successfully led complex water plant operations and delivered large-scale improvement programs across major public utilities. He brings deep expertise in program management, engineering design, operational strategy, and knowledge in regulatory compliance.
Raghavender’s experience includes budget development, engineering evaluations, cost analysis, permitting, design, procurement, and construction oversight. He directed all wastewater operations for Miami-Dad Water and Sewer Department, one of the largest utilities in the United States. Known for his strong technical judgement, disciplined project controls, and clear communication style, he excels at guiding multidisciplinary teams in navigating the challenges of complex water infrastructure projects.
Outside of work, Raghavender enjoys travelling, listening to music, and playing badminton.
