By fostering collaboration and emphasizing the importance of increased delivery efficiency and intellectual property reuse, Sushrut plays a crucial role in helping clients navigate and effectively respond to the mounting environmental and competitive pressures they face.
Sushrut maintains exceptional standards while working closely with Pune leaders to support adherence to vital metrics such as morale, retention, and hiring. He also helps local business line leaders facilitate seamless engagement across their various areas of focus.
