Joe is a professional engineer (PE) with more than three decades of experience in the highway and bridge construction sector. He has an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and understanding operational procedures.
Prior to joining Stantec, Joe gained a wealth of knowledge through playing various roles at the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) on many projects throughout the Mountain State. He started at the WVDOH as an engineer-in-training and worked his way to become a district engineer before becoming part of our team. Joe has been involved at every level from the simplest projects to the largest and most complex ever to be awarded at the WVDOH. He leverages that wealth of knowledge and experience in his current role at Stantec to provide construction management services to clients throughout the region.
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with those he loves.
