As a senior associate, Carla has sewn up over 25 years of experience in the project management arena. Her specialties are planning, scheduling, earned value management, risk management, and project management process—in addition to document management and control, business analysis, business process engineering, and training. She’s worked across multiple industries—industrial, federal, heavy civil, power and dams, energy, and commercial.
Carla has also been involved in all aspects of project delivery from business development and project execution, to account and program management. She works with clients and stakeholders from strategic planning and pre-design through to construction. Known as a great communicator, she manages and coordinates teams during design, construction, construction project management, and contract administration. Carla’s represented owners and contractors using varying project delivery methods, integrating all project elements and managing the project team to meet schedule and budget. Currently, she’s working on projects that include electrical studies, substation replacement, and airport ramp lighting improvements.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys time with family, quilting and needlework, and camping.
