As a planning director based out of our London, Soho Square office, Justin is involved in a wide range of developments—major mixed-use schemes on sites throughout London and the South of England on behalf of national house builders, developers, private companies, and institutions.
Some of Justin's projects have involved the optimisation of town centre sites, conversion of existing buildings to an alternative use, listed building consents, and small-scale extensions. He has also given evidence at public inquiries and local plan examinations in public on behalf of developers. His day-to-day planning tasks include the preparation and co-ordination of planning applications, appeals, co-ordination of environmental statements and negotiating with local planning authorities and other statutory and non-statutory organisations—such as the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, Environment Agency, and English Heritage.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys football, golf, running, but he’s passionate about motorcycling!
