Kris is a senior associate and project manager with experience in land development, engineering, construction inspection, municipal and agency approvals for various residential, institutional, and commercial projects.
Kris strives to educate clients and staff on land development design, and the municipal and agency approval process. His work has impacted numerous communities, including an 800-unit subdivision in Orleans, 1000-unit subdivision in Kanata along with various condominium towers, commercial sites, and infill developments within the greater Ottawa area. Kris’ knowledge of the design standards and approval process is invaluable when carrying out and completing projects for his clients. He prides himself on providing exceptional service and cost-effective designs for all his clients.
In his spare time, Kris enjoys playing baseball and hockey.
