With more than three decades of experience delivering complex bridge infrastructure projects across North America, Keith specializes in the design, rehabilitation, and project management of major bridge assets. As a senior bridge engineer and project manager, he leads multidisciplinary teams through the full project life cycle—from planning and design through construction and commissioning—helping clients extend the usefulness of critical infrastructure while enhancing safety and mobility for communities.
Keith's career has centered on the rehabilitation and renewal of major steel bridge structures, like the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the delivery of active transportation bridge projects. This includes new pedestrian and cyclist crossings along the Galloping Goose Trail, which improve safety, connectivity, and accessibility by helping trail users navigate busy transportation corridors while supporting sustainable transportation choices.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys woodworking, from crafting fine furniture to tackling home improvement projects. He is also an avid soccer referee for youth and women's soccer leagues in Vancouver.
