Paul is a program and project manager with nearly three decades of experience managing infrastructure projects. He specializes in analyzing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations for compliance and policy development. He is a nationally recognized highway traffic noise expert for both traditional design bid build and alternative delivery projects. Currently, Paul is helping lead the growth of our transportation design and planning disciplines within Virginia.
Known to be a forward-facing manager, Paul facilitates coordination between clients, agencies, stakeholders, and staff by leveraging his knowledge of the project development process and through careful schedule and budget planning. His work in the transportation industry helps to develop, enhance, and make our roadways safer. Paul believes our infrastructure assets are the economic engine that make our nation and commonwealth thrive. As a team member in both the public and private sectors, he has helped deliver many of the most complex and expensive public private partnership (P3) and design build projects in Virginia.
Outside of work, Paul is very outdoorsy and likes nature. He and his wife enjoy training and working their German Wirehaired Pointers. They also find entertaining friends with outdoor living and cooking to be very relaxing.
