As a principal and practice lead, George leads our Environmental Services teams in the Canadian prairies and territories. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience with focus on environmental impact assessments, environmental baseline studies, and environmental protection plans and programs.
George works directly with Stantec's regional leadership and is responsible for leading business development activities. He works collaboratively in support of business operations and project delivery, including sustaining and growing the net revenue in the region. George also supports the various Stantec business center leaders in other geographic locations through cross-selling and resource sharing and personally participates in securing and executing projects.
When he’s not working, George makes sure to keep active with competitive road cycling, cyclocross, triathlons, duathlons, and yoga. He also enjoys going on European cycling vacations with his family.
