Leanne is an environmental professional with more than 12 years of consulting, client management, and business development experience. Working in Ontario and Alberta, she has completed multiple Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments on complex projects for national clients.
Having acquired diverse experience in the real estate market, Leanne has completed environmental assessments for transactional due diligence and participated in high-profile brownfield remediation projects across central and western Canada. With a background in hazardous materials management, she’s also completed inspections, sampling, remediation, and management plans for hazardous materials. Leanne has also researched and documented Record of Site Conditions for submittal to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment for various mixed-use entities in Ontario.
Outside of work, Leanne and her family—which includes three young boys—enjoy skiing in the winter and ‘outback’ hiking in the summer. She’s also been known to make wedding cakes, bake macarons, and explore 17th century baking with her husband.
