Jim has extensive experience in the engineering and design management, civil and structural disciplines. He has expertise in the coal, bauxite, gold, and oil and gas sectors. As a principal structural engineer, he’s responsible for the delivery of structural steelwork and concrete foundation design for various projects.
For Jim, every project has its unique challenges, and he enjoys the variety that his role brings. He prides himself on his attention to detail, striving for the right design for the right application—even if that means working outside of conventional design. Providing all structural support for equipment and personnel access required for a plant, he facilitates a design that delivers a cost-effective, practical solution that meets client needs.
When he’s not leading innovative structural design, you might find Jim caddying for his daughter when she competes in golf competitions.
