He enjoys the buzz of finding the hidden potential in a site—and then formulating a plan that has vision, insight, and skill necessary to guide it through the system to a winning solution.
As a project director, David leads strategic discussions with clients and regulators while also identifying opportunities and turning them into new projects. He works with his project managers to define scope, budget, and risk while also monitoring these throughout the course of the project. He has a knack of being able to join the dots to make a project successful.
Using his knowledge to contribute to his local community, David sits on local boards and business groups to be part of the decisions affecting his hometown—and when he has a spare moment, he enjoys cycling with mates or watching classic films.
