As project engineer, Shawn enjoys the collaborative nature of this industry—working effectively with a variety disciplines, clients, contractors, and stakeholders is key to a successful project. He recognizes that open and honest communication amongst the entire project team is vital to the success of any project.
Shawn is a senior mechanical engineer and a principal with our buildings group in Regina. He is a respected member of our team and brings over 19 years experience, good judgement, and an enthusiastic style that is collaborative, inclusive, and infectious. As discipline lead, Shawn drives strategic planning, project execution, quality assurance practices, and health and safety practices.
Above all else, Shawn has an appreciation for the importance of life-cycle costs and long-term energy management. As a LEED® Accredited Professional, Shawn has completed several LEED Silver Certified projects and has made submissions to the Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP)—a program dedicated to energy efficiency standards for buildings.
