Russell has experience in transportation, railroad quiet zone, and water and wastewater design and construction procedures. He’s assisted on a variety of projects that span multiple disciplines in the civil engineering world—from environmental documentation to construction inspection.
He’s knowledgeable about construction means and methods and has performed constructability reviews on multiple types of projects. Russell looks forward to new challenges and has an appetite for learning new skills.
When he isn’t working, Russell loves spending time with his wife and four young boys. In the summer, he enjoys watching them play soccer and t-ball, and in the winter, it’s sledding and building snowmen.
