An experienced project manager and industrial engineer, Ben has achieved timely and cost-effective delivery of approximately $1 billion in capital projects in sectors including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, hospital, air transportation, and manufacturing. He’s worked extremely hard to maintain a 100% record of being on budget for his major capital projects.
Ben has direct experience in project planning for process flow analysis, process improvements, optimization, just-in-time manufacturing, lean manufacturing, benefit cost analysis, life cycle costing, and feasibility studies. He’s also worked in functional and space programming, land use and environmental approvals, budgeting and scheduling, resource planning, design, construction, commissioning, and validation.
A dedicated volunteer, he’s received numerous awards including the Queens’ Diamond Jubilee, Golden Dragon Citizen of the Year, City of Winnipeg Volunteer, and his member of parliament’s Volunteer Award for his contributions to his community and to Canada.
