Working with our team in Chicago, Natalya is experienced in design development, technical design and construction administration in hospitality, retail, and entertainment projects.
Natalya’s focus is currently on mixed use multi-family residential with extensive amenity programs. Her projects have ranged from cost-constrained tenant fit outs to Class A offices and museums. She consistently demonstrates her ability to solve problems in the office or in the field and at project close-out. As the Chicago design studio’s sustainability advocate and LEED study group leader, Natalya promotes sustainable building practices and guides monthly discussions among her teams to keep best practices at the forefront of design.
In her free time, Natalya enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, whether it’s reading books, cooking together, or going for long walks.
