Stéphane is a professional engineer with over 15 years of architectural, structural, and civil engineering experience in many of our private development and urban infrastructure projects in New York City. His expertise encompasses all project phases (from planning and design through construction) including building design, architectural engineering, structural engineering, systems modeling, and construction sequencing and inspection.
He’s well-versed in multiple design codes and standards including the NYS and NYC Building Codes, NYC Fire Code, NYSDOT, and AREMA. Stéphane’s leading success stems from his practical yet creative nature, coupled with his ability to find simple and elegant solutions for complex problems. He has applied his expertise on all types of transportation and infrastructure works including light rail public/private partnership (P3) pursuits and several transformational projects such as the Columbus Circle reconstruction, Moynihan Station, Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park, and most recently the One Vanderbilt’s public transit improvements to enhance the Grand Central Midtown District
Stéphane is currently involved in several other large, transit oriented development projects, but when he isn’t working, he enjoys family time with his wife and two young children, going running, or learning more about real estate and infrastructure works.
