Dean is known for his collaborative approach—he works directly with healthcare providers to create healthy environments for patients, families and caregivers. For nearly two decades, he’s taught at the University of Manitoba in the Faculty of Architecture, instructing undergraduate and graduate students in digital drawing techniques and the graphic communication of design and construction. Dean is committed to creativity and craft in the design profession and mentoring future professionals.
