With more than 20 years of experience in the design industry, Robert has designed a range of projects in the education, corporate, federal, multi-family, hospitality, and aviation sectors. He is an expert in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for complex multi-phase projects, both new builds and renovations.
As a problem-solver, Robert provides strategies and technical solutions to satisfy project needs and overcome challenges. In addition to his design experience, Robert is highly skilled in project management. He specializes in providing clients with consulting services specifically related to the development of property condition assessments, needs assessments and systems studies, life cycle cost analyses, and requests for proposals for mechanical system replacements.
