With three decades of experience behind him, Tony has worked across multiple sectors and almost all aspects of business planning, governance, and transformation. He is particularly focused on embedding long-term business change and continuous improvement capability to help clients transform ways of working.
Tony’s past roles have included supporting energy and water utilities in conducting investment appraisals, portfolio management, program office set up and governance, and bespoke corporate improvement project delivery. He’s dedicated to helping executive leadership teams understand and solve complex corporate and operational challenges through clear, creative communication and methods tailored to their circumstances.
When he isn’t helping businesses transform themselves, Tony enjoys music, history, and getting outdoors.
